Psychiatric Providers

Deirdre Fraller, DNP, ANP, PMHNP

  • Founder, CEO, and Clinical Director (she/her)

Deirdre Fraller believes great healthcare starts with genuine connection. Her approachable, non-judgmental style helps patients feel at ease, creating space for honest conversations and lasting change. She takes time to truly get to know each individual—their story, their challenges, and their goals—then partners with them to design a personalized plan that restores balance, energy, and vitality.

Her diagnostic process is both thorough and thoughtful, combining an in-depth review of symptoms and history with advanced diagnostic testing. From there, Deirdre develops a customized treatment plan that blends evidence-based integrative therapies—like nutrition, supplements, yoga, meditation, massage, breathwork, and movement therapy—with conventional medications, counseling, and leading-edge treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. The result is care that’s grounded in science, guided by compassion, and tailored to the whole person.

Deirdre co-founded Owl & Eagle Health and Wellness with her husband, Mitchell Fraller. Both practices are dedicated to the integration of mind, body, and spirit in modern healthcare. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Vanderbilt University. She is board-certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and has been a nurse since 2008 and an NP since 2012.

Outside the office, Deirdre loves reading, cooking (and eating), watching movies, snowboarding, hiking Colorado’s trails, roller skating, dancing, and spending time with her family and their lively crew of dogs, cats, goats, and horses.

Deirdre is currently accepting new patients ages 13 and up, offering both in-person appointments at our Denver office and telehealth visits across Colorado.

Esmeray Gutierrez, RN, MS

N

  • Certified Life Coach, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Intern (they/them)

Esmeray Guitierrez was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, and moved to Denver in 2022. They celebrate their love of their Latinx and Mexican heritage through cuisine, music and the arts. They have worked as a psychiatric nurse in the inpatient setting for 6 years, while pursuing their Masters degree. They are also

a Certified Life Coach, bringing clinical and lived experience to their Coaching practice. They specialize in Coaching teens and young adults with Autism, ADHD, and Gender Diversity.

Through Coaching, Esmeray helps patients improve their social skills, time management, and emotional regulation.  They

incorporate play therapy techniques when appropriate, to help children and adults who are young at heart develop creative outlets of communication. Play therapy offers clients a medium of expression to process lived experiences while addressing psychological and behavioral issues.

Esmeray completed a year of supervised clinical hours at Owl & Eagle during their Masters program. They graduated with a Masters of Science in Nursing in May of 2025, and are now completing a Clinical Internship at Owl & Eagle.  After completing their national board examination and licensure, they will be joining our practice as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. During their Internship, they will continue to provide Life Coaching services, and will provide psychiatric services under the direct supervision of Dr. Fraller, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, play therapy, and talk therapy. They will begin practicing independently as a nurse practitioner upon receiving licensure.

Esmeray treats patients ages 5 and up at our Denver location and can provide visits in English and Spanish. In their free time, Esmeray enjoys watching anime, playing video games, and joining friends in a card game of Magic the Gathering.

Yoga

Nikki Chappelle

  • Certified Yoga Instructor (she/her)

Nikki Chappelle discovered yoga over a decade ago, drawn first by its physical benefits and soon after by its ability to transform the mind, body, and spirit. Inspired to share that transformation with others, she earned her teaching certification nine years ago and has been guiding students toward greater balance, peace, and vitality ever since.

She is certified with Yoga Alliance, and holds additional certifications in Meditation Guidance, Ayurvedic Nutrition, and Ayurvedic and Holistic Wellness, reflecting her integrative approach to healing.

Nikki’s classes are known for their soothing, grounding energy and gentle inclusivity. Her calm presence and clear, thoughtful instruction create a safe, welcoming space for students of all levels to move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. Whether she’s leading a deeply restorative Yin practice or an energizing Vinyasa flow, Nikki invites her students to cultivate mindfulness, clarity, and ease—both on and off the mat.

She extends her practice beyond the studio through meaningful community work, including teaching with Comeback Yoga, a nonprofit providing trauma-informed yoga for Colorado’s military community, and at Happy Dog Ranch, where humans and rescued animals heal together through shared presence and connection.

Join Nikki for a practice that’s as uplifting as it is grounding—a time to reset your body, quiet your mind, and remember that yoga truly is for everyone.

Her sessions guide participants to regulate the nervous system, expand awareness, and access the body’s natural ability to heal. Gentle yet powerful, her approach helps students leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at peace.

In addition to breathwork, Jordan offers Reiki and Tarot readings, weaving together energy work and intuitive insight to support holistic well-being. Her nurturing presence and integrative mindset make her a natural fit for the ONE Wellness community—a place where modern medicine and mindful healing meet.
